UFC 184 Embedded: Episode 2 With a host of star fighters!

On episode No. 2 of UFC 184 Embedded, women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey loads up on cardio and inspiration at Glendale Fighting Club.

Welterweight Jake Ellenberger also trains there alongside Hollywood’s own boxing star, Mickey Rourke, while his opponent Josh Koscheck prepares in Fresno for his Octagon return.

Outside California, the other stars of UFC 184 — including Rousey’s opponent Cat Zingano, women’s bantamweight Raquel Pennington and former boxing champ-turned-mixed martial artist Holly Holm — get pumped up and polished for their trips to LA.
