The First Lady Michelle Obama Incoporating Kickboxing Into Her Daily Routine

The First Lady, Michelle Obama has started literally, kicking her daily fitness routine into top gear by adding in the Martial Art of Kickboxing to her daily workout routine.

FLOTUS is all about action and the First Lady was responding to a challenge from her husband, President Barack Obama had set her, to show him five ways that she moves. The initiative is complete with the hashtag, #GimmeFive.
