BENSON HENDERSON – ‘ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE’ TAKES WELTERWEIGHT FIGHT TO MAIN EVENT UFC FIGHT NIGHT 60

Benson Henderson
Benson Henderson

It was announced that Benson Henderson would be facing Brandon Thatch in the Main Event at UFC Fight Night 60, replacing the injured Stephen Thompson in a welterweight match [170 lbs].

There was [including me] a double take. Why, well Benson Henderson is making a run at the lightweight division [155 lbs], and already has a fight booked on April 4th at UFC Fight Night 63 Fairfax; but kudos to ‘smooth’ Benson Henderson who has saved the Main Event on two weeks notice by going up a weight division for this fight.

In the words of Benson Henderson

 Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere.
