On episode No.1 of UFC 184 Embedded, fight week begins and the women’s bantamweights prepare to take centre stage.
Reigning champion Ronda Rousey counters the pressure of a looming title fight with a day of video games; title challenger Cat Zingano trains in Colorado alongside recent UFC headliner Brandon Thatch.
The stars of the co-main event also get in the gaming mindset, with Raquel Pennington braving the snow for a pre-fight sports massage while former boxing champion Holly Holm hits the gym in Albuquerque.
UFC Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the UFC 184: Rousey vs. Zingano title fight, taking place Saturday, February 28th.

The current ONE FC heavyweight athlete, who is 4-0 inside the cage, will debut against rising Californian talent Xavier Vigney (6-1, 6 KO’s) on the GLORY Superfight Series 20 section of the card.

Lewis-Parry stands at an astounding 6ft 9inches, weighs 265 lbs which also explains why he also used to be an ex-professional Basketball Player, (click here on earlier interview), he then transitioned into K1 early 2011 and eventually MMA. The rest we say is history.
I spoke with Chi earlier today who had this to say about his new signing:
Glory World series and myself are not too dissimilar. We’re both heavyweight at what we do.
Glory is the premier promotion for K1 competition in the universe and I come to smash. I love this shit!

Bellator 134 takes place this Friday at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.
If by any chance you did not manage to catch the UFC Fight Night 61: Porto Alegre Prelims last night, then you missed an awesome ‘Superman’ punch Knockout by Matt Dwyer.
Although Dwyer was very much the ‘underdog’ in this prelim fight against William Macario, it does go to show, anything can happen in MMA.
